Professional counselling provides you with a collaborative platform in which you can express your grievances and concerns without judgement. At Creating Connections Counselling, I provide a quiet and private space in my home, for you to share your journey.
I aim to provide an empathic, person-centred and strength-based approach that can provide my clients with the ideal environment for positive change.
I aim to prevent the incidence of, and minimise the impact of, emotional and mental health issues, using evidence-based practice methods; paired with practical and successful outcomes that can be used in daily life to enhance relationships and self-worth.
